This new $5 million, three-story office building is on the site of the former Wells Fargo bank building in Downtown Boulder. With a contemporary style, the 24,500 square foot building features massive second and third floors mountain views. The building also features a large rooftop deck that extends the office space to the outdoors and provides an overhang to protect tenants below from sun and weather.
