Growing up near Minneapolis, Aly has always called Minnesota home. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with her B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2016. Her career began at a large architecture and engineering firm, where she spent 7 years as a structural designer. She gathered experience in several different commercial building types with designs that incorporated a variety of building materials. Through her love of engineering, she also gained an appreciation of all aspects that go into successful building design and construction.

In 2023 she found Anthem Structural Engineers and made the jump to pursue a role as the Senior BIM / Revit Modeler. During her time as an engineer, she embraced Revit as a critical tool and always pushed to improve the modeling workflow and incorporate new functionalities. Her passion for creating organized and well-presented contract documents, paired with her technical background and attention to detail, made the role a perfect fit.
