Brenton joined the Anthem team in the Spring of 2024 as a project engineer and works with the project managers to develop engineered solutions for our clients.

Brenton began his career in structural engineering in California, founding and leading the structural design team for the UC Berkeley Solar Decathlon team in 2017. A student-led project with the goal of designing and building a net-positive energy home. In this first project, he realized a passion for integrating engineered systems and working collaboratively with a small team of dedicated architects, engineers, and builders. After his master’s degree in architectural engineering, Brenton widened his scope, designing and constructing pedestrian bridges alongside underserved communities in Africa and South America. After four years in this field, Brenton is excited to work with the motivated team here at Anthem and continue to gather experience with various building materials and innovative designs.
