This 6,500 square foot custom home overlooking the Boulder Valley gracefully rests on a mountainside sloping site, appearing to join the mountain with the lightest touch. The home features a mix of concrete and steel structure with well-placed glass and stone facades. The structural design included large floor and roof cantilevers with the inclusion of a large amount of exposed structural elements. The home also utilized a 25-foot-tall concrete foundation wall and a concrete and steel beam floor system.
