Sr. Project Engineer

Education

B.S., Architectural Engineering, California Polytechnic State University (2012)

Accreditations

Professional Engineer (P.E.) California, Professional Structural Engineer (S.E.) California

Born and raised in Sonoma, California, Revae began her structural engineering career in Wine Country after graduating from Cal Poly in 2012. She developed her passion for close communication with the design and build team while working on the hospitality side of winery projects and high-end custom homes in Napa and Sonoma Counties, and wasted no time earning her P.E. license in 2015. Unable to resist the pull of the mountains, Revae’s path next led her to Lake Tahoe, where she was an in-house engineer for an Architectural firm specializing in award-winning luxury mountain homes. Working under the same roof as Architects further instilled a deep appreciation for design and fostered her structural creativity to best execute unique and challenging forms and details.

Revae earned her S.E. in 2022 and began her career with Anthem shortly after. She believes strongly in always assuming the best in people and having fun with the work that we do to make the time spent at the office enjoyable for all.

Q & A

What is your favorite building material to work with?
My favorite materials to design with are wood and steel, though the process of studying for the S.E. piqued my curiosity and excitement for working more with concrete as the opportunities arise.

When I’m not working, I’m……

I apply myself with enthusiasm and humor to all that I do, which extends beyond engineering to my endeavors on the bike (all flavors – road, gravel, mountain, you name it I ride it) which includes racing, ride-leading for Rapha, and good old-fashioned adventuring. In the winter I'm not afraid to trade my wheels for skis, and my all-time favorite activity is racing my (unusually/annoyingly athletic) golden retriever Topher down a nordic trail at full tilt.
