Charlie utilizes over 6 years of experience as a project manager (and over 12 years as an engineer) in his pragmatic approach to projects. He gives clients and team members timely, clear direction, and when unique engineering challenges arise, Charlie creatively pivots to problem solve.
In an internal team leadership role, Charlie consistently delivers quality work on schedule. With a portfolio of projects using both traditional and design-build project delivery methods, Charlie's work ranges from multi-family residential and educational to commercial and healthcare. He is highly proficient in steel design, cold-formed design, masonry design, reinforced concrete design, design for seismic resistance, and wood design. Charlie uses his many previous years as a concrete laborer to develop efficient, yet constructible designs as he understands the challenges that can present themselves in the field.
As a registered professional engineer in five states, Charlie stays engaged in the profession with memberships in numerous professional organizations. He enjoys staying abreast of the latest construction trends, for example modular construction, and has been featured in trade publications including Modern Steel Construction.
When Charlie is not building close client relationships through his quality work, you can find him exploring the beautiful state of Colorado with his family, hiking, fishing, or working with his hands on a number of projects in the garage and around the home.
