Senior Engineer

Chris specializes in the design of conventional wood and heavy timber construction.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer with an engineering degree from University of Colorado, Boulder and a Master’s in Civil Engineering from Washington State University, Pullman bringing over 11 years of industry experience to Anthem.  Prior to completing his education, Chris worked in Summit County for several years framing residential homes, so he understands the construction process and can quickly solve field issues as they arise.  He’s worked on a variety of projects including custom residential, multi-family, assisted living, K-12, higher education, recreation and park, mixed-use, and religious facilities. Chris is also experienced in steel, concrete, masonry, and light gauge steel projects.

In his free time, Chris enjoys mountain biking, rafting, skiing, watching lacrosse, and building with LEGOs.  He and his wife welcomed a baby boy in early 2016 and are enjoying the many adventures that life brings as new parents.
